Constructed out of plywood and luan and edges rounded over with a router. The frame had two holes drilled with a forstner bit to accept a t-nut, which was epoxied in place. The corresponding bolt was epoxied into a plastic bottlecap to serve as a knob. The frames were painted with Rosco paints and the screens in metallic silver acrylic. The logo was transferred to the frame with carbon paper, then hand filled with a gold paint marker. The letters on the screens were transferred with carbon paper and outlined in black Sharpie. The piece is sealed with satin Varathane.
